 DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping & Handling 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

We aim to despatch each order as soon as possible but within 2 working days of you placing your order and receiving cleared funds. 

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

We use Royal Mail and My Hermes as our preferred delivery despatch partners. 

 Delivery Schedule

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 4 days and orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 – 7 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier we have selected. 

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Back Orders 

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and if there other items on the order, we will give you the option of shipping once everything is available, or shipping the available items that are available with the out of stock items to follow.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time up until your order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping

Blend Tea and Coffee Company Ltd will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Parcels Lost or Damaged In Transit

You must inform us as soon as is practicable if the goods are lost or become damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. For many countries (e.g within the European Union) no charges apply but please check with your local customs. In accordance with our T&Cs, you are responsible for payment of any customs duties, taxes and import charges which the customs in your country may apply to your order.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Blend Tea and Coffee Company Ltd at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Cancellations

If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time up until the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
