Apple and Lemon Infusion

Apple and Lemon, a loose leaf infusion consisting of a fruit blend of juicy apples and luscious lemons, which awaken the spirit of summer with every sip.

For best results, use water that has gone off the boil and leave to brew for at least 3 – 4 minutes.

Also perfect as an iced tea in the summer. Simply make in the usual way, chill overnight in the fridge, then serve over ice.
