Lemon & Elderflower Infusion

Lemon & Elderflower is a caffeine free infusion. It has a sweet taste and a fresh citrusy aroma. Light and delicate, this is a great summer tea.

Use freshly drawn water which has gone off the boil, then leave to brew for a minimum of 3 -4 minutes.

This would also work really well as an iced tea as well. Simply make in the usual way but chill overnight in the fridge and serve over ice.
